1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HN Digital Group LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the SleepLog web application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SleepLog is a web-based lifestyle organization and habit-management application designed to help users:

• Calculate optimal sleep cycle windows
• Build and track evening wind-down routines
• Log morning recovery metrics
• View sleep consistency analytics

It does not provide medical advice, diagnose sleep disorders (such as insomnia or sleep apnea), or replace professional healthcare. The Service is intended solely for general wellness and lifestyle organization purposes.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using SleepLog, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 Pricing

Access to SleepLog requires a one-time payment or recurring subscription as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

If you choose a subscription plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code), is owned by HN Digital Group LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HN Digital Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clovis, New Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
