7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SleepLog for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.
Eligibility Requirements
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- This applies to first-time purchases only (one refund per customer)
- The request must be submitted via email to our support team
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an Email: Contact us at contact@hndigitalgroup.com with the subject line "Refund Request - SleepLog"
- Include Your Details: Provide your full name, the email address used for purchase, and your order/transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Brief Explanation (Optional): While not required, we appreciate any feedback on why SleepLog did not meet your expectations so we can improve our service
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review and process your request within 2-3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account
Subscription Cancellations
If you have a recurring subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to SleepLog until the end of your paid period
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your initial purchase, not to subsequent renewal charges
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period after the initial 7-day window
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
- Second or subsequent purchases by the same customer (the guarantee is a one-time offer)
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions—please contact us first to resolve any issues
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate termination of your SleepLog account
- Inability to purchase SleepLog or other HN Digital Group products in the future
